Connected · Up to three platforms, bid to your CRM · $3,000 a month
Your CRM knows which leads turn into deals. Your ad platforms should too.
Connected runs up to three of Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn and ChatGPT ads, up to $30,000 a month in media, with your CRM’s lead stages imported so the platforms optimize to sales-qualified leads and opportunities. One fixed fee, and a monthly call with sales in the room.

Which program?
One Google Ads account and a lead funnel you trust: Managed. A CRM with lead stages and more than one platform worth running: Connected. Several business units, or a team that wants the operator in the room every two weeks: Embedded. Still unsure? The strategy call ends with a written recommendation either way.
Who it’s for
Sales-led B2B companies with a sales cycle measured in months, more than one buyer persona, and a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) with lead stages someone will stand behind. Media between $10,000 and $30,000 a month. A marketing director whose number is pipeline, with a sales team that has opinions about lead quality.
A poor fit: companies that measure paid media on form fills alone, and accounts where no one can say what a qualified lead is. We can help define one in the first two weeks, but someone on your side has to own it.
What’s included
Everything in Managed, plus:
- Your choice of three platforms from Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn and ChatGPT. Google search captures demand. LinkedIn reaches the buyer before they search. ChatGPT ads reach the buyer who asked an AI instead of searching. Microsoft catches the desktop buyer at work for less per click. You can swap a platform at any time and the fee stays the same, so the recommendation to drop one is never a pay cut for us.
- CRM stages imported into the ad platforms. MQL, SAL, SQL, opportunity and closed-won flow back to Google and LinkedIn as offline conversions, with value rules so bidding targets stage value instead of lead volume.
- Lead quality by campaign. Budget moves follow which campaigns produce accepted leads, reported monthly so sales can see it.
- Landing page reviews. Message match with the ads, form friction, mobile, trust. Page builds are a fixed add-on.
- A monthly call with sales in the room. Pipeline review, lead-quality feedback, next month’s plan.
How it runs
- Weeks 1 to 2: audit and tracking repair, plus a working session with sales to pin down lead-stage definitions and values.
- Weeks 3 to 4: rebuild the search account; build the second and third platforms.
- Months 2 to 3: offline imports go live. Bidding moves from form fills to stage value as the data arrives.
- Ongoing: weekly optimization, monthly call, budget shifts that follow lead quality.
Pricing and terms
$3,000 a month, plus a one-time $3,000 setup billed with the first month.

If combined media runs above $30,000 a month for two months in a row, the account moves to Embedded the following month. A second account or business unit on Connected is [NEED: confirm +$750 a month].
Questions
Before you book.
Which three platforms?
Google search is nearly always one. The second and third come out of the strategy call and depend on deal size and where your buyer spends time before they search. LinkedIn earns its place when a deal is worth more than about $30,000 [NEED: your threshold]; ChatGPT ads when your category is one buyers ask AI about.
What does connecting the CRM involve?
Read access to lead-stage and value fields, and a shared definition of each stage. HubSpot and Salesforce connect directly; [NEED: how you handle other CRMs, e.g. scheduled sheet upload].
We don’t have clean lead stages. Is that a problem?
It’s the most common starting point. The first two weeks include a session with sales to define them. Bidding to stages starts once they exist.
Can you advise us to spend less?
Yes, and it happens. The fee is fixed, so a smaller budget or a dropped platform costs us nothing, and the recommendation stays honest.
Do you build landing pages?
Reviews are included. Builds are a fixed add-on, [NEED: confirm $1,000 to $1,500 per page].
