Ad Management

Three fixed-fee programs, priced by scope.

Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn and ChatGPT ads, run by one senior strategist with AI doing the volume work. You pay one monthly fee that doesn’t change when your budget does.

Which program?

One Google Ads account and a lead funnel you trust: Managed. A CRM with lead stages and more than one platform worth running: Connected. Several business units, or a team that wants the operator in the room every two weeks: Embedded. Still unsure? The strategy call ends with a written recommendation either way.

What every program includes

  • Tracking audit and repair before anything is bid on: conversion actions, GA4 key events, tag health.
  • Weekly optimization. The model proposes changes every week; a person reads them and ships the ones that hold up.
  • A live dashboard and a monthly written report in plain language you can forward.
  • Your account and your data. We work through our manager account and leave when you say so.

Terms

Month-to-month, 30 days’ written notice. Setup equals one month of your program and is billed with the first month; it’s waived on a six-month prepay. A $500 account review is credited against setup. If media runs above your program’s ceiling for two months in a row, the account moves up a program the following month.

The fee question

A fixed fee looks high at low spend. Compare it to the agency minimum.

Against a percentage, a fixed fee can look expensive: Connected at $20,000 in media is 15 percent, and at $10,000 it’s 30. The comparison that matters is the agency minimum. The specialist B2B agencies start at $5,000 to $8,500 a month with a junior team in the account. Here the fee is lower and the senior person is the one doing the work.

Questions

Asked on most strategy calls.

Why a fixed fee instead of a percentage of spend?

A percentage pays the agency more when you spend more, whether or not the extra spend works. A fixed fee means the advice to cut a campaign or drop a platform costs us nothing, so you can take it at face value.

Why is there a setup fee?

The first month is the heaviest. Tracking repair and the rebuild are most of the value in an engagement, and the setup fee pays for that work so the monthly can stay flat afterward. It’s waived on a six-month prepay.

What happens when our spend grows?

Each program has a media ceiling. If spend runs above it for two months in a row, the account moves up a program the following month. [NEED: upgrade policy. Suggested: you pay the difference in setup.]

Can we switch programs?

Yes, in either direction, with 30 days’ notice. Moving down is common once an account is rebuilt and stable.

Start with a strategy call or a $500 review.

The call ends with a written recommendation. The review gives you a written list of what we’d change, credited against setup if you go ahead.
