Managed · Google and Microsoft search · $1,750 a month
Your Google Ads account, run by a 23-year search veteran for $1,750 a month.
Managed covers one Google Ads account with Microsoft Advertising running alongside it, up to $10,000 a month in media. AI handles the volume work. Twenty-three years of search judgment decides what ships.
23 years in enterprise search · Google Partner · Hundreds of B2B accounts rebuilt
Which program?
One Google Ads account and a lead funnel you trust: Managed. A CRM with lead stages and more than one platform worth running: Connected. Several business units, or a team that wants the operator in the room every two weeks: Embedded. Still unsure? The strategy call ends with a written recommendation either way.
Who it’s for
B2B companies with one product line and one lead funnel. Media between $3,000 and $10,000 a month. A marketing lead who wants the weekly work done without weekly meetings. No CRM connection required yet; when you’re ready for that, Connected is the next step.
A poor fit: e-commerce catalogs, local lead generation, and accounts already past $10,000 a month, which belong in Connected.
What’s included
- Tracking audit and repair in the first two weeks. Conversion actions, GA4 key events and tag health get fixed before anything is bid on, so the platforms optimize to something real.
- Account rebuild in weeks three and four. Structure, search-term tiers, negatives and ad copy grounded in what already converts. Most accounts we open have the same four problems: broken tracking, search-term waste, bidding mismatches and landing pages that don’t match the ad.
- Microsoft Advertising running alongside Google. Imported where that’s safe, built separately where it isn’t. B2B clicks cost less there and the audience skews toward desktop buyers at work.
- Weekly optimization. The model proposes bid, budget, search-term and copy changes every week. A person reads them and ships the ones that hold up.
- A live dashboard and a monthly report, led by an executive summary, with a change log of what changed, why, and what’s next, in plain language you can forward.
- A quarterly 30-minute check-in call. Email any time; replies within two business days.
- Your account, your data. We work through our manager account and leave when you say so.
How it runs
- Weeks 1 to 2: audit and tracking repair. You get a written read on the account before any changes ship.
- Weeks 3 to 4: rebuild. New structure goes live against the fixed tracking.
- Month 2 onward: weekly optimization, monthly report, quarterly call.
Pricing and terms
$1,750 a month, plus a one-time $1,750 setup billed with the first month.
Month-to-month, 30 days’ written notice. Setup is waived on a six-month prepay. A $500 account review, if you start there, is credited against setup. SEO/GEO monthly can be added for $1,000 a month; your team implements, we set the priorities.
If media runs above $10,000 a month for two months in a row, the account moves to Connected the following month, with no second setup fee.
Questions
Before you book.
Why is there a setup fee?
The first month is the heaviest. Tracking repair and the rebuild are most of the value in an engagement, and the fee pays for that work so the monthly can stay flat afterward.
Why no monthly call at this level?
The price assumes the hours go into the account rather than into meetings. You get a written report every month, a call every quarter, and email in between. Connected adds a monthly call with your sales team in it.
Do you need access to my CRM?
Managed runs on platform conversions and GA4. Importing CRM stages so the platforms bid to pipeline is the core of Connected.
Who does the work?
The person on the strategy call is the person in the account. AI drafts the volume work; the strategist reviews every change before it ships.
What if I already have an agency?
Start with the $500 account review. You’ll get a written list of what we’d change, whether or not you move.
Start with a 30-minute strategy call.
You’ll leave with a written read on your account and a recommendation. If Managed isn’t the right program, we’ll say which one is.
